Getting 1% Better Every Day

The question you need to ask yourself - What are you doing today to get just 1% better?

The idea is simple: set yourself up for success by building small, intentional habits. These don’t have to be life-changing overnight—just small steps forward that, over time, create big results.

Think about the smallest, easiest next step that you could start adding into your day.

Life gets busy. Work, school, responsibilities, and distractions can easily push our personal goals to the side. But here’s something to think about: there are 1,440 minutes in every single day. You can’t control them all but you can take just 15 minutes to focus on yourself. That 15 minutes is equal to 1% of your day! So 15 minutes on one single task or activity can help you become 1% better every day.

In those 15 minutes, you could:

  • Read a book 📖

  • Go for a walk 🚶‍♂️

  • Meditate or breathe 🧘

  • Practice a martial arts technique 🥋

  • Write in a journal ✍️
