Most frequent questions and answers about our Kickboxing classes

  • Absolutely! Our goal is to meet you where are you are in your fitness journey. So if that means you have never worked out before, you are a current athlete, or you are a mom just trying to get some “me time” and don’t want to think about planning your workouts, we have got you covered! Our classes will be at your own pace and are designed for all athletic ability levels.

  • You will be doing kickboxing, which means there are punches and kicks, but that doesn’t mean you are doing self-defense and sparring and “martial arts”. If the idea of Martial Arts intimidates you, don’t worry - This class is designed more for a workout rather than learning those other things.

    But if you are interested in martial arts, check out our adult program to see if that is a better fit for your goals! We are here to help either way!

  • We do only have a certain amount of space in our training area. To take advantage of our class pass, fill in any of the forms above.

    Additionally, you can always call us, we would love to chat with you about what we do, and if our Williamstown kickboxing classes will be a right fit for you.

  • Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that you would workout in (No jeans, skirts, or clothing that would be uncomfortable).

    We recommend bringing a water bottle and coming in a few minutes early so we can make you feel comfortable. Most importantly, remember to bring a good attitude - We are excited to meet you and have a fun class! :)

  • Our goal is to meet you where you are in your athletic ability. If that means you can’t do a certain exercise or movement, we have got you covered. We can modify classes and workouts to still challenge you without hurting you. We want you to get a good workout, but safety will always be our top priority.

  • While we don’t do private training currently, we can assure you that our goal is to make you feel safe and welcome when walking into our facility. Come in a few minutes early and you can meet the team, see the facility, and meet some of the other amazing members. Trying anything new can be intimidating, but we believe that the things you want to achieve are outside your comfort zone. Let us help you get there!
